How it works

Self-hosted

RFRNT is distributed as a single binary with no runtime dependencies. Install it on-premises behind your firewall or on a simple virtual private server with any cloud provider. Your documents, version history, and user data stay entirely on your infrastructure—nothing leaves your network. Expect to run RFRNT for up to 25 users on about $15/month of server costs, and it doesn't get much more expensive from there. We provide detailed setup instructions to get you running in minutes.

Annual license

Your license is valid for one year from purchase. During that year, you receive all software updates, security patches, and new features as they're released. Renew annually to continue using RFRNT and receiving support from our team.

Hosted service

Don't want to manage infrastructure? A fully hosted version of RFRNT is coming soon. We'll handle deployment, updates, and backups while you focus on your documentation.
